I had an overall enjoyable stay at Riu Palace Pacifico, with highlights like the amazing staff and great food. however, the cleanliness of the pool and the quality of service in some areas left much to be desired. While I appreciated the beautiful location and lively dining options, some aspects of my experience were disappointing.

The rooms were pretty standard with typical hard Mexican beds. they were spacious, though there were safety concerns with the slippery bathtubs.

I had a great time at Riu Palace Pacifico, enjoying the good food and excellent service. Although I appreciated the recent renovations, some areas still felt a bit shabby, and the beach was not always ideal. Overall, it was a relaxing stay with wonderful staff that made my experience enjoyable.
